We offer nature immersion experiences that aim to support the health and well-being of participants and restore our relationship with the natural world.
It consists of a safe, slow and relaxed walk of approximately 3 hours, where the guide facilitates a series of sensory invitations to slow the pace of the mind and body, awaken the senses, create presence and interact in a deeper way with the natural environment.

Enjoy an individual experience in the comfort of your hotel room. For 40 minutes, you will have the opportunity to connect with the singing bowls and discover the vital energy that resides within you. Through these unique frequencies, you will be able to harmonize your being and raise your energy in a subtle and transformative way.

Dance Therapy: With foundations in Bellydance, Dance Therapy teaches us to take care of the physical body while giving us tools to connect with the energy centers in our body. It is a fun class to share and connect with the enjoyment of movement.
